2010 Event Schedule
Basic rule: Run or Walk only
For safety reasons and the nature of the event, unfortunately we cannot allow bicycles, skateboards, ripsticks, roller blades, etc.
7:10 to 7:30
Bus transport from Brunswick Heads to Mullumbimby (see Shuttle bus)
There is no shuttle bus back to Mullumbimby after the event.
The last shuttle bus will leave Brunswick Heads at 7.30am.
7:15 to 8:00
Registration for the runners at the JPA Hall, Mullumbimby High School, Jubilee Avenue

Registration for the walkers at the Mullumbimby Public School, Crown Street

Runners clothing and belongings transported from Mullumbimby High School to Brunswick Heads Banner Park.
Warm up exercises for the walkers at Mullumbimby Public School, facilitated by Mullum Sari Fitness Centre.

Start for the run.

Awards presentation to the first 3 runners in each of the following age categories, male and female, at the Banner Park
:
- Under 13
- 13 to 18
- 19 to 29
- 30 to 39
- 40 to 49
- 50 to 59
- 60 and over
There will four special awards:
- Youngest finisher
- Oldest finisher
- Largest team to finish
- Best fancy dressed
On request, finishers will receive a personalised Certificate of Completion, via email, one week after the event.

The run start area
Registration and toilets in the JPA Hall, Mullumbimby High School, Jubilee Avenue.

The finish area
The finish will be at Park Street between Veterans Lane and Fawcett Street.
Participants will gather at Banner Park for awards presentation and prize draw.
Toilets available: at Banner Park, behind the Sound Shell stage and at Torakina Park.

Shuttle bus
There will be bus transport from Brunswick Heads to Mullumbimby before the event starts, so park your vehicle in Brunswick Heads, catch the bus to Mullumbimby and run or walk back.
This service will cost $3 per person and can be paid when you enter the event. If entering on the day then pay as you get onto the bus.
Buses will leave from the Visitor Information Centre, at 7 Park Street, Brunswick Heads (see Finish area map) between 7:10 am and 7:30 am.
